Resilience is not only an individual trait, but something that can be cultivated collectively with mindfulness and intention. Drawing from her book Thriving When Your Cosmic Egg Is Cracked: A Mindful Journey, Cheryl Jones will illuminate a pathway forward while creating safe space for healing and growth.

Jones is the owner of Thrive55+ Wellness, a health and happiness coaching studio located in Plymouth. She has spent the last 40 years fostering holistic growth in individuals, emphasizing the balance of body, mind, spirit, heart, and soul. Her notable clients include Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Caroline Kennedy.

Originally from Connecticut, Jones' passion for a healthy lifestyle led to pursuing a higher education in the wellness field, as she earned a master's degree in health education and exercise science at the University of Connecticut. She also became a qualified spiritual counselor, a certified coach, and has undergone comprehensive training in Dr. John Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.

Jones was recognized nationally being named one of the 12 Most Powerful Women of the Mindfulness Movement by Mindful magazine. She formerly served as the Director of Mindfulness at Aetna health care, leading the development of Aetna's Healthy Lifestyle Coaching program available to millions of members. She has authored two books focused on mindful living and exercise and hosts the Thrive55+ podcast.
