Join us for our third session of our homebuying series when we welcome Christopher Knoth of Moody & Knoth, P.C. who will explain how to close a real estate transaction. Knoth will go over the process of submitting the necessary documents, understanding disclosure forms, insurance, a checklist for closing day, title insurance, and other considerations. 

Knoth, a native of Long Island, New York, is a graduate of Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI where he received a BS in Criminal Justice and Psychology (summa cum laude), and his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Mass. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2010 and the New York State Bar in 2011. 

Knoth started his practice at Cilmi & Associates PLLC in New York where he focused on practice on residential and commercial lending representation. In 2012, he joined the Moody's firm focusing on residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, business law and land use/title matters. Knoth was made partner in 2019. He is a member of the Plymouth District Bar Association.
